Welcome to the SEOBI website
SEOBI is a highly specialized essential oil business incubator. It was created to address all constraints experienced by essential oil farmers in South Africa, particularly the emerging farmers.
SEOBI assists these farmers to establish, develop and grow their essential oil enterprises. This is achieved by providing business development and technical support to the farmers in the industry. The support services offered to the farmers include establishment of an essential oil trail, soil and water analysis, business plan preparation, presenting business plans for loan and grant funding, and marketing of the oils locally and internationally.
Skills transfer is another key service that SEOBI provides to farmers. This is offered through training in the agronomic aspects, distillation process, and business management.
